If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of our work, we will – without question – respect your right to pay whatever amount you feel is more appropriate for that month. In other words, if at the end of any month you are not completely delighted with the work we have done for you in that month, simply let us know and we will raise a credit note against the most recent monthly payment to reduce it to whatever amount you believe is fair based upon your judgement of the value you have received.

 

We also promise to:

  • Take phone calls as soon as we are available
  • If we miss your call, get back to you within one working day
  • Respond to your emails within one working day
  • Only ever charge what we have agreed and quoted for the services provided
  • Talk in plain, simple English: avoiding baffling, boring ‘accountancy-speak’ or jargon
  • Ensure your accounts are prepared by our fully qualified ACCA accountants
